Your photos
You are responsible for the photos you take and share, and for having the right to take them. Pinproof keeps them on your phone.
What a stamp shows
A stamp shows what the phone reported when the photo was taken: its clock (checked against satellites or the network when possible), its GPS position and the accuracy of that position. Stamps on photos added from the gallery show the time and place saved in the file, and say so. Pinproof is a record-keeping tool. It is not a certified or legal timestamping service, and GPS can be off, especially indoors.
Pinproof Pro
Pro is sold through Google Play as a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
No warranty
Pinproof is provided "as is". Keep the photos that matter backed up.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MVision Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
